I currently lead design for Loom, Atlassian’s video communication app that speeds team productivity. Since joining Atlassian I’ve also served as Head of Design for Jira Work Management, Confluence, and Trello, helping shape experiences for millions of users worldwide. I take pride in building tools that help people bring clarity to complex work and everyday workflows.

Cratejoy is the technology that subscription box companies use to run great businesses. I joined Cratejoy to lead their Brand and User Experience efforts in both B2B and B2C contexts. During my tenure, we established our first ever design system and redesigned our marketplace (cratejoy.com) and seller portal. -

Able Lending was on a mission to fund the Fortune 5 Million, the small businesses that big banks often neglect. I joined Able after first being a customer and experiencing the early version of their product and brand. My chief responsibility at Able was to create a memorable, branded and pain free funding process for our loan applicants and their Backers. I managed our internal product team of five, own the product road map and budgeting for the design and engineering departments. -

After developing a healthy freelance business, I founded Sputnik Creative, a digital and branding studio. Sputnik’s small team of six was responsible for brands like Cuvee Coffee, Tecovas Boots, Independence Brewing, Storyland, Rowing Dock, and Stag Provisions. Sputnik also collaborated with mega brands like IBM, Kendall Jackson, Bacardi and Bombay Sapphire. As the principal of the studio, my roles ranged from design and creative direction to account management and business development.
